The Corporate Counsel, Compliance will assist the Director and Managing Counsel, Compliance with the Company’s compliance program, including, without limitation, identifying and assessing areas of compliance risk; developing and implementing compliance processes; collaborating with business teams to effectively incorporate the compliance program within system operations; preparing and distributing the written code of conduct and other key policies; assisting with communicating the importance of the program, including developing and implementing education programs; and assisting with compliance investigations. Assist with creating and implementing an effective compliance program and internal controls to ensure prevention and detection of violations of law, regulations, organization policies, and the code of conduct.
