Seeking a strategic thinker and experienced legal professional that can provide business and legal counsel in connection with the Company’s development efforts. The individual will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and executing a variety of agreements, with particular focus on (1) distribution (via online and mobile syndication, mobile applications, IPTV and other IP-connected devices and platforms), (2) content licensing, (3) production, program development and talent agreements, (4) technology-related service relationships, and (5) sales and marketing partnerships.
