The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for partnering with Human Resources, Operations and the Compliance Organization in managing the legal issues associated with company's corporate and social environmental responsibility (CSER) issues. This role will work with others in the Legal Department as well as business executives to provide leadership regarding strategy, management and risk assessment related to CSER issues, specifically including people and resources, as well as environmental compliance. The successful candidate will exemplify company’s core values in their business dealings and professional values.
