The successful candidate will develop and lead a team of in-house attorneys in acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, licensing, alliances, equity investments and other sophisticated transactions. Candidate must have extensive experience working on complex M&A transactions and licensing deals in the pharmaceuticals industry. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years of mergers and acquisition and licensing experience from a top tier law firm and/or in-house counsel experience. Candidates with previous management experience are preferred.
