Draft and negotiate a broad range of counterparty trading documents including prime brokerage agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, repurchase agreements, securities lending agreements, securities forward transaction agreements, futures and options agreements, OTC clearing agreements, give-up agreements and all ancillary documentation such as guarantees, account control and custody agreements, lock-up agreements, netting agreements, master confirmation agreements and confidentiality agreements. Review and negotiate a variety of service provider contracts such as subscription agreements, license agreements and service agreements. Monitor and determine impact of regulatory requirements and changes.
