Assist the Vice President and General Counsel with: management and tracking of Company legal matters, generally, including management of outside counsel (e.g., coordination of work, review of bills, etc.) and preparation of quarterly legal update reports for President and CEO and Chairman. Administration of the Company’s commercial contracts policy, including implementation of the Company’s standard terms and conditions. Review and negotiation of commercial contracts.
