The In-House Counsel provides overall strategic and ethical leadership and direction for all legal matters involving company and its affiliates, including its board of managers, senior leaders, managers, and employees; regulatory matters; risk assessment and management; corporate compliance; labor and employment; corporate governance; intellectual property; and all contract/transactional matters. The In-House Counsel selects, retains and supervises the work of outside counsel and is responsible for the management and approval of outside legal costs. The In-House Counsel is the chief legal officer of the company.
