The staff counsel - Corporate Affairs will be responsible for providing corporate and commercial contract and legal support to various business organizations within the company. Providing advice and support for corporate and finance transactions, including capital market transactions and credit agreements, collateral documents, letters of credit, guarantees, and escrow agreements; and reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements for such transactions.
