You will be responsible for providing advice to the Asset Management Compliance group within company with respect to the investment activities of the mutual funds, company and its affiliated investment advisers. You will also support Asset Management Compliance, including the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officers, and company’s Equity and Fixed Income investment teams in connection with the company’s continuing global expansion. In addition, you will provide auxiliary support as needed to the company’s High Yield and Equity trading desks in reviewing private placements, restructuring transactions and corporate actions.
