Drafting and negotiating complex deals and agreements involving the development and production of television programs (with an emphasis on the "reality"/non-scripted genre). Performing day-to-day legal work for television programs, such as vetting episodes for legal and privacy concerns, providing on- and off-set advice to producers and creative executives on legal matters, reviewing and commenting upon talent agreements, image releases, location agreements and other production-related legal analysis. Performing other day-to-day legal and business affairs-related tasks as needed and assigned by the Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs.
