This Assistant General Counsel position will report directly to the Senior Vice President & Group Counsel and will develop, maintain and enforce our intellectual property rights world-wide, negotiate, document and provide strategic direction and leadership on software, technology and licensing transactions, support company’s privacy and information security efforts, and provide general legal support on related matters arising in day-to-day operations. The position will interact directly and frequently with business leaders throughout the company.
