The attorney in this role will handle large exposure matters for a wide variety of commercial lines of insurance defense business including, but not limited to, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, health care negligence, product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents, construction defect claims, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, accountant liability, architect and engineer professional liability, homeowners' association liability and subrogation. There is a strong emphasis on representation of health care practitioners in professional negligence claims and investigations by Quality Assurance Commissions.
