S/he will be a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of core business that is rapidly growing and is approaching $1B in annual revenue. This role will have oversight over all legal issues arising throughout the product life cycle, including creation (e.g., inbound OEM, IP creation, etc.), marketing (e.g., review collateral, product documentation, event presentations, etc.), go-to-market (e.g., direct, channel, partner, and outbound OEM contracting efforts), compliance (e.g., import/export, global trade, privacy/security, etc.), end of life, and litigation (e.g., IP litigation, HR litigation, etc.).
