This is an in-house position for an experienced attorney with a minimum of five years experience in handling risk management, medical malpractice and civil litigation matters. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will serve as litigation support counsel for the company including its affiliates. The Legal Counsel will represent company in legal proceedings and administrative hearings and/or supervise outside counsel in such proceedings.
