We are seeking to add an Assistant General Counsel to our Legal Department with the main focus on healthcare regulatory and/or transactional matters and HIPAA. Although all of the attorneys in our the legal department practice in an inter-disciplinary fashion, you will be tasked to provide legal counsel on matters related to company’s businesses and operations, potentially including commercial contracts, transactions, Federal and state regulatory requirements, employment/labor, managed care, real estate and intellectual property.
