This position will need to work independently on new domestic and international equity and convertible debt financings, oversee fund formation and assist in the management of legal aspects for the existing portfolio. In addition, this position will be a member of Corporate Legal’s M&A team and will work on reviewing acquisition and disposition documentation, assisting with due diligence reviews and interfacing with the transaction and integration teams.
