The Director of Contracts will be overseeing all aspects of commercial contracts management for our global alliance opportunities. This will include supervising a team of senior contracts managers and specializing in development and maintenance of commercial contracts management associated with large scale international corporate partners. Leads effort to shape, negotiate and draft large scale strategic alliance relationships with external organizations in order to provide services, products and solutions to potential and existing customers; researches and understands alliance business needs to ensure needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
