The Senior Corporate Counsel will work closely with the Information Technology and procurement departments, plant operations, and other groups in negotiation of sophisticated commercial agreements, as well as take an active role in M&A transactions. Candidate will be responsible for managing numerous transactions, working independently. Valued member of legal and IT teams. Reports to SVP, General Counsel & Administration, with a dotted line to SVP and Chief Information Officer.
