As the Senior Associate, you will play an important part in the areas of biotechnology, healthcare, software/online services and medical devices. You will work closely with the legal department and support them through the following responsibilities: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements, license agreements, services agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Assist in equity and debt financing; prepare term sheets and transaction agreements; provide advice regarding securities compliance issues in connection with financing.
