The role will be dynamic and multi‐faceted, with a particular emphasis on assisting the senior management team in achieving preeminence in the sector through, among other things, the development and successful implementation of annual operating and long‐term strategic plans for the Company. S/he will report to the Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Corporate Secretary and deal extensively with the Board of Directors (the “Board”). The General Counsel will be expected to deliver seamlessly premier services and support to internal customers.
