Provide advice and counsel on a broad range of legal and strategic issues critical to the foundation's mission, including grant making in the foundation's U.S. Program. Structure, negotiate, review, and provide practical business-oriented legal counsel regarding intellectual property issues critical to the foundation's U.S. Program goals, including grants, contracts, and other agreements with charitable organizations, major corporations, government entities, and a broad spectrum of online and offline business partners.
