Under general supervision, the Licensing Associate is a self-starter who is responsible for (1) evaluating, protecting and marketing new inventions made by researchers at company, with particular emphasis on proprietary biological materials; (2) the drafting, negotiation, execution and management of material transfer agreements, Express Licenses, and other related agreements; and (3) assisting senior staff in evaluating new technologies, business development and industry relations opportunities. The Industry Relations and Technology Transfer office (IRTTO) at the Center invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Licensing Associate.
