The Senior manager of Contract Management administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers, leading cross-function teams (sales, legal, finance, supply chain) to structure and maintain relationships with Company’s key customers, and analyzing RFP/RFQ responses to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, and other requirements. Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents. Lead cross function teams (i.e. sales, legal, finance, supply chain) to redline contractual documents and negotiate with customers on the contract until its final execution.
