We are looking for an experienced attorney to provide legal services to the investment adviser businesses within Wealth Management in the United States. The attorney will support investment adviser activity within the U.S. operations of Company, which involves providing legal support and counsel to the Company and their international affiliates on corporate law, regulatory and day-to-day matters related to U.S. business activities. The attorney will exercise independent legal judgment on investment management contractual issues, balanced against business risk and policy considerations in consultation with management.
