This position provides legal advice and consultation on matters related to: (1) regulatory issues at both the state and federal level relating to the design, manufacture and/or testing of company products, (2) consumer inquiries requiring input from Research and Development Department staff for response, and (3) other matters as assigned. Review of formal and informal regulatory proposals advanced at both the state and federal level that potentially impact the design, manufacture and/or testing of the company’s products in order to advise management regarding legal and technical compliance issues presented by same.
