Company seeks an experienced patent lawyer to serve as its Assistant General Counsel – Patents, reporting directly to company’s Chief Patent Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic patent and legal advice to company’s business and innovation teams on a global scale. You will collaborate with business, innovation, and legal leaders to provide legal advice on patent matters, to collaborate on post-grant review proceedings and opposition proceedings, to collaborate with professionals managing company’s patent portfolios, and to support company’s IP litigation and transactions teams on patent issues as needed.
