Research relevant laws and advise management regarding establishment and conduct of franchise business in selected non-US jurisdictions. Establish necessary legal infrastructure for conducting franchise business in selected non-US jurisdictions (including drafting/updating required franchise disclosure documents, obtaining required franchise registrations and establishing procedures for franchise sales and development activities). Determine necessity, and where appropriate, select and manage outside counsel in non-US jurisdiction.
