Provide appropriately targeted counsel to client groups on legal issues related to the following areas: online sales of product and services; social networking; advertising, promotions and rebates; sweepstakes and contests; data privacy and certain intellectual property. Manage strategy and critical decisions concerning litigation and administrative agency charges and proceedings related to advertising and sales, customer communications and data privacy policies and practices, including the retention and management of outside counsel and experts. Develop and implement appropriately targeted training programs and operational tools for business clients to enable efficient and effective risk identification and mitigation opportunities.
