This person will represent the Company in a broad range of areas including public company securities matters, licensing and intellectual property management, transactional, commercial and employment matters, dispute resolution and litigation management, contract law, risk evaluation and mitigation, and overall corporate governance. This position reports directly to the CEO of the company. The General Counsel will serve as the Company’s Secretary and in that capacity, will interact frequently with the Board of Directors of the Company. The General Counsel will manage and lead a team of senior attorneys and staff.
