The role will provide legal support for general corporate business transactions and projects, with a focus on (1) domestic and international financing/lending projects and programs (primarily real estate-based) and (2) the Company's domestic and international corporate transactions. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses an existing specialized finance/transactional expertise and has an interest in developing an expanded corporate transactional skill set (covering a variety of corporate and transactional matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate lending and finance, and corporate governance) all in a dynamic in-house setting.
