Working directly with the General Counsel, the Senior Counsel is responsible for overall legal support for the Mutual Funds and related work with the Funds’ Board of Trustees, and for corporate contracts. Bachelors Degree, JD and a minimum of 8-10 years of legal experience, both law firm and in-house (asset management). Proactively partner with the Board of Trustees and organize the process for interacting with the Trustees, their independent staff and the Trustee Liaison group.
