The Commercial Contracts Specialist will focus on drafting, negotiating, approval and consummation of all varieties of vendor and commercial contracts with an emphasis on IT contracts. S/he must be comfortable with having legal responsibility for strategic projects at the company, demonstrating a willingness, capability and comfort to learn new substantive areas of the law and provide leadership to the company on those projects to bring them to a successful resolution. The Commercial Contracts Specialist must be a team player and have excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
