As Corporate Counsel, you will provide legal advice to our business units that support Life, Fire, Accident and Health claims. You will provide support to the Group Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer by reviewing and responding to attorney demands related to disputed matters and negotiating legal settlements as well as retain and manage outside counsel for some of the company’s litigation. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing operating agreements, vendor contracts, real estate leases, and non-disclosure agreements.
