The Corporate Counsel-Contracts is responsible for managing the general contract process with the oversight of the General Counsel. Responsibilities include: reviewing and drafting contracts submitted by the sales teams; revising and tracking the distribution agreements with our commercial and household distributors; reviewing contracts related to real property and rental property, revising and assisting in the negotiation of our supply agreements; responding to contract questions from our domestic and new international dealer programs; and responsible for reviewing and keeping our standard sales documents and practices current and legally compliant with changing needs and legal requirements both in document form and internet practices.
