The position will be responsible for providing legal services to the corporate headquarter team and to all facilities and field operations, under the general direction of the Chief Legal Officer. Responsibilities of this position include analysis and consultative services, drafting and reviewing of business agreements, legal filings and other documents, and facilitation and coordination of issues dealing with business units and systems. The person chosen will have a strong command of general legal principles, will have the ability to identify and evaluate legal risks and will possess a good understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the organization.
