The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of corporate, law firm, in-house and/or regulatory legal experience, involving state insurance laws and regulations, FINRA Rules, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The ideal candidate would also have exposure to privacy laws and regulations, and have management and leadership experience. Candidate should have 15 plus years of insurance and securities law experience, practical problem solving skills, and strong communication skills, as well as the capacity to work independently.
