The Corporate Counsel position is responsible for, among other things, drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology and professional services agreements with corporate & government customers, systems integrators and channel partners. The Corporate Counsel will also support the RFP and Sales teams, communicate across various internal departments, and advise internal clients on applicable regulations to ensure successful execution and management of complex agreements.
