Member of a compact, high-output, cross-functional team to source, structure and close all forms of debt financings and related hedging derivatives for the various platforms within the Company. This role involves working closely with acquisition team members to arrange secured financings. A wide range of lender relationships need to be developed, cultivated and nurtured to serve the unique needs of company’s real estate and alternative investment objectives – including healthcare, office, industrial, and multifamily development.
