The General Counsel is responsible for overall oversight of all legal matters for the corporation, including providing advice and counsel on employee relations matters, the negotiation and interpretation of contracts, statutory and regulatory interpretation and compliance counseling, real estate and zoning matters, litigation oversight, and advising the Management Team on any legal issues they may present. The General Counsel must be a team player who enthusiastically embraces both company’s collaborative management approach and the company Values, and must understand and quickly acclimate to company’s unique management environment. This individual must have excellent skills in both oral and written communication, and must be comfortable and effective working with people at all levels of sophistication in business matters.
