The Compliance Officer and Litigation Counsel will report to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and will be based in our U.S. headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. This role has a dual focus of compliance and litigation. Compliance: Primary accountabilities include management and development of Company’s global ethics and compliance program, functioning independently and objectively to review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns within the organization. Collaborate with key business, regional and functional stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance matters and lead the implementation of key elements of the program against strategic priorities.
