With knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations, ensure ITAR/EAR compliance for a designated business unit, develop and execute licensing strategies and plans to support the business unit, and draft and process requisite DoS licenses, including TAAs and MLAs. Accountable for ensuring business unit compliance with government regulations including the Arms Export Control Act (ACEA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Act (EAA), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), Anti-boycott Regulations, Incoterms, Office of Defense Trade Controls and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agencies. Supports business unit objectives, programs and pursuits by developing and executing export/import licensing strategies and plans.
