We are currently searching for a Senior Counsel, Corporate, with expertise in corporate law to join our Legal Team. You will report to the Managing Counsel, Corporate and be based at company’s HQ in San Francisco. Work closely with the Managing Counsel, Corporate on corporate matters for the company and its entities around the world. Be responsive for corporate governance, executive compensation, equity compensation and shareholder matters, including working closely with accounting, tax and treasury functions.
