This Contracts Manager position is responsible for performing the full range of contract management functions for on-going and new programs and proposal efforts. The successful candidate will provide a full range of contract administration functions and support the execution of contracts and programs in accordance with all applicable Government regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The job will include: participation in front-end assessments of business pursuits; analysis of RFPs; proposal reviews and coordination; contract negotiation, general contract administration, and other responsibilities required to support the business.
