The General Counsel will serve as the chief legal officer of the Company and as a member of the Company’s executive team. The General Counsel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the legal department and supporting the Company’s business objectives from a legal and compliance perspective. The General Counsel will manage a staff that supports product development and operations from a legal perspective, corporate and organizational matters, contract approvals, and government affairs, with an overall view to ensuring that the Company’s operations and third-party lender services comply with applicable consumer finance and related laws.
