Company is seeking Legal Counsel to assist with managing our existing international business ventures as well as the drafting and negotiation of new business agreements, likely including international joint ventures, franchises and other third party distribution arrangements. This new position will also assist the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing other forms of domestic and international contracts, including IT service contracts and IT license agreements, as well as a variety of consulting contracts, equipment lease and purchase agreements and other types of service and purchase agreements required to support our international expansion and existing store base. This new position will also assist the General Counsel with the implementation of new third party contracting policies and procedures.
