The Staff Attorney provides legal counsel and services, in consultation with and under the direction of the General Counsel. Together they enable company to carry out its mission in compliance with applicable laws and at an acceptable level of legal risk. The Staff Attorney will provide legal advice and review contracts, policies and transactions involving all aspects of company’s domestic and international activities and administrative and support units.
