Provide legal counsel to the company and its related entities in all areas of federal and state employment law including, but not limited to, labor relations, ERISA, pay practices, workplace safety, discrimination, and environment to ensure protection of the company’s interests and to ensure that operations and activities are within the scope of applicable laws and regulations. Counsels and advises executive management and operating units in all areas of federal and state employment laws and related regulations; undertakes compliance reviews as needed.
