As a business partner to the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Legal Services will ensure that company’s commercial arrangements are structured in a way that complies with laws and regulations, minimizes business risk and maximizes economic outcomes for the company. The Director of Legal Services will lead the organization in adopting best practices in areas that include, but are not limited to, commercial decision support, risk management, compliance and contract administration.
