M&A is responsible for providing Legal advice, counsel and services in the area of mergers and acquisitions, including leading and coordinating legal and functional due diligence, structuring and document preparation efforts to effect and strategic investment opportunities, and supporting acquisition integration acquisition, divestiture, alliance. Drafts and negotiates contracts relating to target business with oversight by senior lawyers. Advises clients on business and legal transactional risks and recommends course of action.
