The Assistant Corporate Counsel will serve as the primary lawyer responsible for providing legal guidance and support on global trade law and supply chain matters, commercial contracts, e-commerce and information security. Provide legal support and guidance on global trade law matters, including product safety, export controls, customs classification, labeling, rules of origin, customs audits and supply chain security programs. Structure, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including technology, distribution, transportation, production, and procurement agreements.
